Background

Ron Melton is founder and owner of Insight Inspection Service, which specializes in providing physical inspections and reports regarding the condition of residential and commercial real estate.
We also provide additional construction related services such as construction defect, moisture intrusion and forensic testing and evaluation.

Ron has been in the construction industry for the past 18 years and has been performing building analysis and consulting for approximately 7 years. 

All inspections are conducted by Ron Melton.

Insight Inspection Service has extensive experience conducting condition of property surveys on the structural and mechanical components of all types of real estate properties including: low and high rise commercial buildings, single family residences, apartments, condominiums, town homes, office/warehouse, strip mall centers and industrial buildings.

Inspection reporting methods and procedures are based on the experience of its principal Ron Melton.
Mr. Melton has over 18 years in the construction industry.

Experience includes: Residential structures, commercial tenant improvement, commercial steel moment frame discovery and repairs, water / fire damage and earthquake repairs.

Ron has developed reporting methods using techniques required to produce a complete and comprehensive report.
