Insight Inspection uses a comprehensive and detailed narrative style report using the direct method. All deficiencies are categorized according to significance and the various components are defined clearly and concise. 
This type of report is used for residential dwellings and multi units.
The report is 20 - 30 pages with components categorized according to the degree of the deficiency and/or current condition. A summary of significant safety and repair items is included with each report.

The average inspection time for a pool and spa by a licensed pool contractor is 2.5 - 3.5 hours, depending on size and complexity of systems. Complex systems with water features can take an average of 3.5 - 6 hours.
